Using 2.8.6 and not working

Am I missing something or does this not work with 2.8.6?

I changed it to pop at 1 instead of ten, but still refreshed 12 times to see if it would ever pop and never does.

Please advise, thanks so much.

Hmm... it was working for me on 2.8.6, it's also working for me on 2.9.1. Try setting "Maximum number of times that Anti-AdBlock is activated per visitor." temporarily to 10000 times then visit your site with AdBlock on. Check firebug to see if there are any broken URL calls.
