What is the difference between free support and premium support?Premium support and free support both use the same forum and are the same except:
- Questions posted by premium accounts are highlighted differently to give me more visibility.
- I will not be monitoring questions from free accounts as often as questions from premium accounts.
- Questions posted by free accounts are not guaranteed to be answered (especially when it has already been covered on another forum post).
How do I get access to premium support forums?You can get access to premium support forums in any of the following ways:
- Purchase premium plugin support. Your account will be upgraded to premium immediately.
- Contribute to the forum. Your account will automatically and permanently become a premium account after posting 50 times. Please also make sure to not spam, but instead post only relevant posts. I will ban you if I think you are a spammer.
