Thanks Thaya. I got it figured out. Appreciate the follow up. For anyone else who is reading this what I did is went to Thesis OpenHook, inserted this code in the Before Post Box

<?php if(function_exists('wp_greet_box')){wp_greet_box();} ?>

And made sure that the Execute PHP on this hook was clicked. Then it worked fine.

Now it does not show up anymore. Checked everything and it looks good based on the instructions. Any suggestions?

Works on Firefox and Google Chrome for me. It doesn't work on IE because it looks like something else on your site caused JavaScript to crash on IE. Once JavaScript crashes then WP Greet Box cannot get displayed (sicne it's displayed via JavaScript).

Try disabling other plugins one by one to see which one is the culprit.
