	CSS minify dont work if not in root domain

I have a site with 2 installation of Wordpress, the first on the root domain www.example.com and the second as www.example.com/it, for example.
Same wp theme, the first installation work, but in the second if i enable CSS minify it breaks the site (i have also filled up the field for non root domain). It seems something related with path...
Any idea?

Heavyworks has submitted a fix for subdir. I'll try to get this in on the next release.
