So recently I’ve been pretty busy with things so I haven’t had the chance to catch up with my WordPress work. I finally came back to check my support forum and found that a bunch of people are NOT searching the forum for answers, but instead just posting their questions to the forum. This makes me very irritated since the whole point of the forum is to try to prevent redundant questions-answers. Anyhow, I will compile a list of frequently asked questions about WP Greet Box on this article.

Q1: WP Greet Box does not show up. WTF?

A1: Follow this troubleshooting guide. It’s most-likely an issue with your theme not properly calling wp_footer() like any good theme should do.

Q2: WP Greet Box doesn’t work with [insert your theme name here] theme

A2: Refer to answer 1.

Q3: The greeting message is showing up in Google search results. How can I get rid of this?

A3: Use manual insertion method.

Q4: WP Greet Box doesn’t display right in my theme. It’s terrible looking. What can I do?

A4: Learn CSS and modify wp-greet-box/css/wp-greet-box.css to make it fit your theme.

Q5: Can I place the greeting message anywhere other than the post, page, or homepage?

A5: Yes, use manual insertion method
