WP Plugins

Here is a list of WordPress plugins I have written.

Actively Supported

WP Minify
This plugin helps you easily integrate the Minify engine into your WordPress blog. Once enabled, this plugin will combine and compress JS and CSS files to improve page load time.

WP Greet Box
This plugin lets you show a different greeting message to your new visitors depending on their referrer url. You can also set a default greeting message for new visitors (not matching any referrer URLs) suggesting them to subscribe to your RSS feed. Best of all, this plugin is compatible with various WordPress cache plugins so you do not have to sacrifice speed.

Support Discontinued

SEO No Duplicate
This plugin helps tell search engine bots the preferred version of a post page by specifying the canonical properly within your head tag. Why would you do such a thing? Simply because many black-hat SEO folks abuse duplicate content to gain search ranking and search engines try really hard to detect and penalize them. The last thing you want to do is present yourself as an SEO spammer to search engines.

WP BTBuckets (Now supported by the official BTBuckets team)
Integrates BTBuckets into your WordPress installation allowing you to easily show or hide specific widgets to any type of visitors.

Buy Sell Ads
This simple plugin helps you easily integrate your Buy Sell Ads zones and includes anti-AdBlock measures to prevent AdBlock (and other similar softwares) from blocking Buy Sell Ads advertisements on your site.

This plugin detects if a regular visitor to your blog (10 visits by default) has AdBlock software enabled. If so, it will display a floating notification message on the 11th visit to your visitor. You can set this message to humbly ask your loyal visitor to support your blog by turning off their AdBlock software, by making a small donation, or by writing about your blog (be creative!). By default, this message box will never show up again for that visitor.

AJAX Force Comment Preview
This plugin works like TextPattern’s built-in ‘force comment preview’ feature by forcing your commenters to preview their comments prior to submission. In addition this plugin is AJAX enabled so the user does not have to reload the page to preview his/her comment.

NowThen Photo Display
NowThen Photo Display parses picture RSS feeds from the image service and displays the pictures on your sidebar. Show your readers where you are and what you’re doing by displaying your latest NowThen mobile pics in a groovy widget sidebar on your page or in a designated gallery page.

Project Honey Post Http:BL
This plugin allows you to verify all visitors’ IP address against the Project Honey Pot database. Using the Http:BL API, this plugin flags, logs, and blocks visitors with a high threat score, helping you prevent harvesters, spammers, or other suspicious bots from abusing your blog.
